beware unfinished edges
This is a good type for easy, casual styling but the fabric is a bit heavier so it would be better for spring and not hot summer months. Also, beware all edges are unfinished and sheds a lot, even after washing.

too much work for polyester
Pros: boxy, structured crop, good for casual but put together. It is heavy but also has a pretty open knit. Cons: this is a nightmare to wear. It sheds so much that it is impossible to look put together. There was a pile of yarn on my floor. I think it’s possible to get it to a place that all the cut and sewn knitting could shed out but until then it’s a mess. It is structured but it gathers a bit at the neckline so it doesn’t lie quite right. This is hand wash only because of construction but also 100% polyester so the breathability probably won’t be great.
