Bow Cap Sleeve Sweater

It's a very beautiful blouse, but received the wrong color_ the beige one instead of the black. It seeed worn a couple of times or maybe tossed around, wasn't handled well. Also_ I ordered the beige one later & received the back one instead. I read in the reviews that are few customers had the same problem. I've done some online shopping from Nordstromrack recently and I Love most of the pieces. However, some of the clothing I received had dye stains on them or were wrinkled terribly as if they were tossed around w/o any protective packaging. Please, handle them better.

Just like everyone else said, the black bow option is the one I ordered, but the cream is the one I received. I even returned it and re-ordered the black and received the cream a SECOND time, which is a shame because I was so in love with the black one that I even ordered it twice. Nordstrom Rack has never done something like this before in my experience. It feels like they never had the black to begin with but they let us order it and took our money…which feels kind of dishonest. Anyways, I gave 3/5 stars because the item itself is good and seems of relatively good quality. I see the black bow option isn’t available anymore :(

Reading all the reviews, I noticed everyone who ordered the black one got khaki. I super wanted the black one but shows sold out so ordered khaki and ended up getting the black one! I noticed the wrong tag was attached so I think that’s why it’s happening. So if you want the black chances are you’ll get it if you order khaki! It’s super cute and soft
