Bow Cap Sleeve Sweater

It's a very beautiful blouse, but received the wrong color_ the beige one instead of the black. It seeed worn a couple of times or maybe tossed around, wasn't handled well. Also_ I ordered the beige one later & received the back one instead. I read in the reviews that are few customers had the same problem. I've done some online shopping from Nordstromrack recently and I Love most of the pieces. However, some of the clothing I received had dye stains on them or were wrinkled terribly as if they were tossed around w/o any protective packaging. Please, handle them better.

Just like everyone else said, the black bow option is the one I ordered, but the cream is the one I received. I even returned it and re-ordered the black and received the cream a SECOND time, which is a shame because I was so in love with the black one that I even ordered it twice. Nordstrom Rack has never done something like this before in my experience. It feels like they never had the black to begin with but they let us order it and took our money…which feels kind of dishonest. Anyways, I gave 3/5 stars because the item itself is good and seems of relatively good quality. I see the black bow option isn’t available anymore :(

I ordered the black and received the taupe version but it is very cute so I am going to keep it. It's cute, the fabric is very soft and the sizing is accurate.

Reading all the reviews, I noticed everyone who ordered the black one got khaki. I super wanted the black one but shows sold out so ordered khaki and ended up getting the black one! I noticed the wrong tag was attached so I think that’s why it’s happening. So if you want the black chances are you’ll get it if you order khaki! It’s super cute and soft

Sent me black instead of the light brown.

I bought the Black/cream which according to the photos is the one with the black bows. Received the one with the brown bows, which is the khaki color…

Store looks great also cashiers we're super friendly love the great customer service

I was sad expecting that may be was coming in color beige but thanks god came beige and black . I love it

I ordered the beige with black bows and that is what I received. I love this sweater! Very soft, accurate fit and is so cute! I got so many compliments on it the day I wore it.

Sent the wrong color which seems to be a trend after reading previous reviews. Ridiculous

Super soft but they sent the tan/cream color. I kept it anyways

After reading the reviews I expected I would receive the black sweater instead of the khaki which is what I was hoping. I liked the black better. Sweater is very soft. I fit into a large. I am a 36DD. It is not snug as I don't like my tops form fitting. Its a keeper.
