What it is: A limited-edition candle made from premium, highly refined cosmetic-grade wax developed to optimize burn and fragrance diffusion.

Fragrance story: Infuse your atmosphere with this lovely candle featuring fruity notes of blood orange and juicy pear grounded by freshly-cut basil for a sophisticated scent.

Style: Fruity.

Notes: Blood orange, basil.

How to use: Trim the wick to 1/4-inch each time before burning. Center and straighten the wick after blowing out your candle. Burn candles in a well-ventilated area, and keep the wax pool clear of wick trimmings, matches and debris. Before lighting the candle, let it cool completely. Burn regular-sized candle for 3–4 hours at a time.

Great fresh citrus scent
I love the citrus scents from Nest. I will keep the Blood Orange & Basil in regular rotation with Grapefruit which is my favorite.

Cheapest Nest Candle
This candle is awful. No basil, and not even citrusy. Extremely cheap, synthetic fruity scent that is pungent. It’s so cloying i could smell it 12 hours after extinguishing. It’s final sale because it’s possibly the worst nest candle that’s been produced.

no basil scent
The candle is a sweet summertime candle. Similar is strength, sweetness, and scent to the Sicilian tangerine nest candle. I don’t smell any basil though which is the main reason I bought it. Still a great candle and value for nest

Great fragrance but lackluster performance
I enjoy most Nest fragrances and was excited to see this one at the Rack. But it's been plagued by burn issues. It refuses to pool all the way out regardless of how many hours I keep it lit,. the wick splits and sparks, and the wax hardly melts down at all. For the luxury price point, it should be flawless. I am too late to return it, so unfortunately I will be eating the cost but will probably lean towards other brands from now on.
