Faulty product
Very upset about recent purchase . These were not soft at all they were very rough. I bought a pillowcase a few months back and it’s been wonderful so I’m not sure why the scrunchies are hard but customer service was very dry in helping. Seems like they have an automated system versus a real person.

Larger than usual

Love them

Tie Dye Scrunchie is the perfect size!
