Nice quality, wider will need time to break in.
Needed some new slippers but didn’t want to cheap out as I usually do. Figured I’d spend the extra and get some nice high quality slippers for around the house only….they never go outside. Note that they are wider and if your a 12.5 (the 12-12.5) these will fit but will need to be broken in. 9/10 quality 8/10 size 10/10 looks 10/10 comfort once you break them in.

Disappointing and hard as a rock
I've never purchased Birkentock before, but decided to give them a try because I have heard they are good for your feet. As far as fitting and providing support, they do. But it is like standing on cement. They are the most uncomfortable slipper I have ever had. The wool top is very warm, they are very light-weight, but the shearling inside is extremely thin, and there is NO padding whatsoever. You are standing on the hard cork-like inside. Horrible. I will never order a Birkenstock again. If you want support only, buy these. If you want support and a nice cushion, ...... run away from this!

Slippers with arch support!
Great support! Unlike other slippers, these have a real arch in them! Very comfortable! They do run large. I normally wear a size 11, which were too big. I ended up with a size 10 which fit perfectly.

Well designed, comfort & discreet scuff slipper
Beautiful/unique design, in fact the minimalistic design of the shell/exterior was the whole reason I purchased these, and I wasn’t disappointed. Very comfortable. Also; I think it’d be helpful to note that I have been wearing them somewhat regularly for a week+ now and haven’t encountered anything like the ‘immediate wearing of the lining-problem’ described by most negative reviews for this product. The lining seems sturdy and in place. Only con would be that they seem to run slightly small.

Stylish wool clogs
I purchased these Birkenstock slippers after my dog ate my Taos wool clogs. The Birkenstock’s were much more affordable (cheaper!) than my Taos slippers and just as attractive and comfortable. The only negative was that the Taos slippers had better arch support. Anyway I wholeheartedly recommend these slippers!

The slipper I didn’t know I needed
After years of wearing so many different slippers, these Birkenstock Zermatt slippers make me so happy! The plush wool lining, the boiled wool exterior, the perfect fit, need I say more?? The best part, my feet don’t sweat in these! I wear out slippers so quickly. I even wore other slippers with wool socks to prevent wearing out the non replaceable interior. I don’t have to with these! And i know Birkenstock makes a quality product with replacement parts!
