Size up

So far off from TTS, almost 1 & a half sizes smaller than marked. My daughter wears 13.5 little kid so we've been sizing her up to size 1, which is usually a full half size too big. BUT these size 1/1.5s are more like a 13. I bought a second pair at 2/2.5 and it fits like a large 13.5 / small size 1. SIZE UP!!
