Feeder 2 Lite Smart Solar Bird Feeder

The Birdfy Feeder 2 has completely improved my birdwatching . The camera quality is crystal clear, capturing videos and photos both during the day and at night. I love getting instant notifications whenever a bird lands on the feeder when im at work and need a " pick me up " and the live view lets me watch my backyard visitors from anywhere. One of my favorite features is the bird recognition . It does a great job identifying different bird species, making it both fun and educational to share with my niece and nephews. Setup was straightforward, very easy and the feeder comes very well packaged. It's weather-resistant, easy to refill, and the battery life is impressive—especially when paired with the optional solar panel. The Birdfy app is user-friendly and makes it easy to save and share my favorite bird moments with friends and family. One suggestion i have for feed is get the spicy kind , I have squirrels that are trying to join the party and they don't like spicy! . Highly recommended!

We purchased this device two weeks ago, and have been excited to add it to our Birdfy device family. The instructions that came with the device were clear and easy to follow. We had no issues putting it together. We like that it came with three different mounting options, which allowed us the opportunity to find a different place to mount it. The color of this particular device is great as it blends well with the natural environment in our garden. The green color blends very nicely. The camera quality is fantastic! Much better than our first Birdfy device. The pictures and video are crisp and clear. The perching design of this particular device is also a plus, allowing more birds to feed together. It supports the weight of up to four doves very well, and we've even seen a Plain Chachalaca have a go on it! The solar panel option is great and helps keep the battery charged for an extended period of time. The length of the cord allows for more placement options. The overall design aspect of this specific device is a slight issue. The lid is difficult to open. The latch requires a bit of force. Once we open it, it becomes detached from the base, and you have to clip the back in place. Another issue we've noticed is the way the feed is distributed. It tends to get stuck on the feeder's curves, and we have to jiggle it a little to help it go down. We are going to try a different mounting angle, which may help. The lid/latch issue is the greatest setback. All in all, this device is a great product and the picture/video quality is spectacular!

I loved my Birdfy Feeder 2 so much I had to have another one! The camera has great quality video and pics. Battery life is excellent, and I highly recommend the solar panel for hassle free charging. App setup was simple and straightforward, and adding additional feeders was a breeze. The feeder is easy to fill, which is good because the birds love it and seem to spend all day eating! This feeder is an excellent choice as your first smart feeder, or as an addition to your smart feeder collection!!
