I buy BBC all the time, and this particular button up runs very small. To give you an idea, I wear a 2XL, but with this shirt I couldn't button it up past the 3rd button starting from the bottom. I would've needed a 4xl to fit me like a normal BBC 2xl should. I understand why there's a not returned and exchange on this shirt.
