This is not made for woman with boobs. I am a 36 D and this barely covered my boobs. The rest of the dress runs true to size. This is definitely for small chests.

This dress is adorable! I bought it as a maternity option as the stomach area was pretty loose. I never really wore it though as the pattern is pretty bold and I felt it fit more of an autumn aesthetic, and we were in spring. The dress itself is lovely.
