Perfect Black Tie Dress
This dress was perfect for a black tie event. The fabric was very forgiving in the stomach area and very flattering cut up top. It did hid the arm skin and didn't squeeze. I did not need to get it hemmed on the bottom with a pair of 3" heels and I am 5'5".
