Beth Leather & Canvas Tall Platform Boot (Women)

These are quite pretty. The gold details are a nice touch and the canvas makes them fit quite nicely around your calves. The inside is entirely lined in leather so they must be very warm despite the external canvas. They certainly didn’t skimp on the leather here. The size feels accurate. I’m usually a 7.5 and I got the 8. They fit but they’re hard to put on mostly because the zipper starts about an inch higher than it should. The foot area is very stiff however. The boot feels like it will not bend, not today, not ever. They don’t feel like Frye’s combat boots which are more flexible. These are just not very wearable so they’re going right back.

I love this boots! I usually buy Docs and Tory Burch when it comes to boots, I’m glad I took a chance and purchased this. I agree with previous buyer that no give on the leather but I used a leather spray and it’s good to go. If you want more comfort with socks on I recommend sizing up. I am usually size 7 and purchased 8. It’s perfect!
