Love BergHOFF's Seren Toaster
BergHOFF's Seren Toaster has a narrower profile, which is great for smaller kitchens. It has toasted everything to perfection so far and I've used it several times with bagels and bread. The toasting guide is VERY helpful. Definitely recommend.

Weird and cheeply made - do not buy.
I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this device. It is nothing but a hole inside a plastic tunnel, widely open on both sides - so the heat simply comes out from each end. If I could give it a -5 score, I would.
I have no idea who the Nordstrom buyer was who made the decision to sell this item in Nordstrom.
Definitely item is being returned.

Need more color
Some appliances have a unique charm in their design. Its functionality and ease of cleaning are definite pluses. I am enjoying the perfectly toasted croissant. I wish they have more color option to suit my kitchen.

Easy to use and clean
This toaster takes up no more space than my previous toaster. The design is simply brilliant. The bread or oversized scone is placed on a carriage that smoothly slides into the unit, and is just as easy to remove once done.
