This knife is super sleek, super sharp and cuts everything like butter! I like the packaging, which I keep the knife in so it doesn't dull, the handle is very comfortable to hold and this just slices right through onions like I'm cutting a hard boiled egg. It's made of stainless steel and is dishwasher safe, but I prefer to wash by hand. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this knife and will be looking to get more from this brand as this is super well made.

All in all a decent knife.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blade is beautiful. I was expecting it to be a bit more flexible, almost closer to that of a fillet knife to get around bones. This is not like that at all. It's stiff, which helps to remove those tougher bones from meat like beef and pork. Which a normal filet knife wouldn't be able to do. The handle is smooth and allows the knife to twist quite easily in your hands. I would have loved a bit of texture to keep this from happening. Thats the only reason it didnt get 5 stars from me.

Awesome knife
