The 11” Pink square grill pans body is made of enameled cast iron which will provide a steady and even heat distribution, the enameled coating allows for being stain resistant, dull resistant and will stand up to long lasting use. The cast iron construction provides strong heat retention and no additional seasoning required. Ideal for use on any cooktop, including induction; for the best results use a low to medium heat. The square grill pan is an excellent choice for grilling meats, seafood or vegetables and requires little oil and no seasoning.

Great quality!

•Works well on induction stove tops.
•Worked well in the oven to finish cooking the steak.

Cooks Well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BergHOFF Neo Cast Iron Square Grill Pan has been a great addition to our cookware collection. Food cooks evenly and holds heat well. The handle is sturdy and spouts on the sides make it easy to drain grease or liquids. It’s easier to clean than some of my other cast iron pans and I love the Oyster color.

Neo Cast Iron Square Grill Pan

I took it out of the packaging and immediately used it and I swear, these are some of the tastiest potato’s and crab cakes I’ve ever made. The grill marks are perfect that it leaves, I love the color, and it’s strong. Like super well made, not too thick, not too thin. Very well made.

While it is on the heavier side, the helper handle makes it safer and more convenient to maneuver. The pour spouts on each side allow for easy draining of excess liquid.
