I used it for the first time on our Christmas ribeye roast, and it immediately impressed me. The knives feel solid and well-balanced in your hand, and the pakka wood handles are comfortable without feeling bulky. Slicing through the ribeye was smooth and controlled, giving clean, even cuts without tearing the meat.
