Neo 4-Piece Cast Iron Grill Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Berghofff Neo Cast Iron Dutch Oven. The orange reddish color is beautiful to say the least. I've never owned a Dutch Oven, but always wanted to get one. Its a very durable cast Iron, with enamel coating inside, and out with a glossy finish. With this there is no reason to preseason, as you can cook right out of the box. The enamel coating helps to minimize staining and sticking and makes it easy to clean up. It has a vapor sea lid that helps to retain and the moisture and distribute heat. l I cooked a chuck roast stovetop on low for about three hours and the meat turned out so tender and moist. It was absolutely delicious and that moment with I feel in love with this beautiful Dutch Oven. Its an 11.5" oval shaped, 5 qt, and is sturdy and durable for cooking, meats, soups and stews. It can cook on stovetop or in the oven up to 525 degrees. I absolutely love it, and it's an essential piece of cookware ware every one needs in their kitchen. Very highly recommend!!!!.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the shape and color— it’s not a solid orange, but an ombré. It’s beautiful. The basting points on the lid are a nice feature, as well as this being good for practically all stove tops and ovens. The enamel finish is far from perfect — there was a defect in the enamel on the rim of the lid where it was coated. Luckily, it’s on the edge but also may also be prone to chipping. This is so easy to clean and maintain because it’s got an enamel coating on the inside. All I needed was some soap and water. I love using cast iron for the even heat and how versatile this is. I love the 5 qt because the sides are high, and I can make soups in this, bake breads, or fry. This is my kind of one pot cookery, from the oven or stove top to the table.
