I LOVE THIS CARVING KNIFE!
I purchased 4 of these carving knives thru a retail store (online)
2 given as Christmas gifts & 2 for myself.
I have a COMPLETE set of Sabatier Knives - but this one is quite superior to the various carving knives from that set. I LOVE IT!
