DiNA Gene 4-Piece Knife Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new all around knife that could handle anything I needed to get done in the kitchen. I have been using this for several weeks, and so far, the BergHOFF DiNA Gene Stainless Steel Santoku Knife works great. I used this on potatoes and it cut through them like butter. Onions were also a breeze. My tomatoes cut without bending the skin. My real test though, was using this for sweet potatoes which I always find challenging to cut. While this took slightly more effort than a basic potato, it still cut through quite easily, regardless if I had them peeled or not. I definitely would recommend this knife as it cuts better than most of the others I have tried and the best I have used for sweet potatoes. I would not hesitate to purchase more from this brand in the future.
