This press is 9” x 5” allowing it to be versatile. I have used it for making sandwiches, Bacon, Steak and many other items. I’ve used this on a griddle, the stove top, and the grill. It’s a well-made, solid, heavy duty tool that has a stay cool bamboo handle to prevent burning your hand. It’s perfect for flattening meat for even cooking and searing. It’s easy to clean up after use.

At 3 1/2 pounds, it's an optimal weight for grilling a pressed sandwich or searing protein. The wooden handle not only adds beauty to the piece, it stays cool while using. The small waffle pattern on the press provides even pressure when searing so it will only make sear lines if I use it with my ridged grill pan. My favorite use is for creating a beautiful EVEN golden sear on chicken cutlets. Super easy to clean, I only hand wash it.
