This press is meant to flatten food for an even cooking and browning. While it's called a bacon/steak press, this baby can be used for SO MUCH MORE. It's a great weight for anything you want to help hold down or get a good sear on. I made Cuban sandwiches for dinner and this was perfect for getting that perfect browning you want.
The handle is made from bamboo and it's always cool. It's comfortable to grab and hold, looks really cute with the press, and it keeps your hands safe from being burnt. The press is easy to clean and I love the results from using it. This is definitely a must have for enthusiasts like me in the kitchen and I recommend having it in your arsenal.

Amazing!

Pressure less steak cooking
