3-Piece Stainless Steel Carving Set with Case

I used it for the first time on our Christmas ribeye roast, and it immediately impressed me. The knives feel solid and well-balanced in your hand, and the pakka wood handles are comfortable without feeling bulky. Slicing through the ribeye was smooth and controlled, giving clean, even cuts without tearing the meat. Since Christmas, I’ve used the set on several other cuts of meat — brisket, pork shoulder, and tri-tip — and it’s held up really well.
