I ordered a size 10 and received a size 12 .. Had to either pay to ship back or go to a store to return.. wasn’t my mistake.. they should have sent me the right size without me finding the closest store .. 1 Christmas gift .. down the drain

Overall decent slipper. Comfortable. I wear a 9.5 normally and on the site was told to size down. That’s wrong. Actually the slipper runs small. If anything size up at least 1 size. I fit better in the 11 than the 9.5.
