Heel too loose
This is one of the few Bearpaws that I've gotten that I had to return. The heel was just too loose and slipped when I walked. I almost kept them because they otherwise felt great but decided I really needed to be able to walk comfortably.

Too tight
Love the boots! However could not get my foot in them. I ordered a size 7 which I wear and sent back and got an 8 and still could not get my foot in the bout. Too tight at the top. The boots were so cute too!! Sent them back for another refund.
