Strong and stretchy
You can wear a strapless bra with top although the fabric is strong that it is supportive. I have it three stars because I think the fabric so constrictive that it presses down your girls. It would probably work better if you have implants.

I'm 5"5, 175 lbs, and 38DD, and the medium fits pretty well. Depending on my activity, I was a little insecure about a boob possibly popping out, but a large would have been too loose without a bra. It was tough to get off.
