nice but not exactly a barrel
I like this bag it's roomy and it doesn't look fake or cheap, the double strap is a really nice touch. I'll definitely keep it and enjoy carrying it, my only gripe is that I struggle with the idea that this is a barrel. The bottom panel of fabric wraps all the way around to the zipper and the fabric that makes up the main compartment of the bag is stitched around it just so that it sits at more of a trapezoid shape.

Ok for the price
It’s a nice bag for the price, I purchased it so that when I have my grandson I can put his things inside also when we are out shopping vs. taking his backpack and also when going to church I can carry my Bible in there.
It is very roomy, it also has a shoulder strap and a crossbody strap.
