Loved the Sunglasses but Disappointed W/ Condition
I was very disappointed when the sunglasses arrived in an old, worn-out box, the case was damaged, and the glasses looked used, with visible fingerprints on the lenses. Despite this, I truly loved the design of the sunglasses. I even went to the store to exchange them, but I ended up having to cancel the order.
I will order another pair and sincerely hope it arrives in proper condition, because I genuinely enjoy shopping at this store and wouldn’t want to stop buying here. I hope this situation can be resolved.
