Worst pick up order
Worst purchase ever from the rack! Dont get me wrong the boot was a great looking shoe. However, since i ordered these online i wasn’t able to see the product up front until i picked up my order, brought it home and then i was able to see them. They were worn out, atleast the one of the shoes were. The bottom of the boot was black! Mind u the bottom of the boot is white. Shoe was marked up and scratched and they still gave me this? How?! Why? Why wouldn’t anyone who works at Nordstrom inspect the boots before fulfilling the order. They shouldn’t even have been sold in that condition. I took them back immediately.

Boot is uncomfortable to walk in
The sizing is true to size, but it's not comfortable to walk in. It pinches across the top of the toes when I take a step, and it's not a break in issue. Also, quality is a little lacking. I realize it's not an expensive item, but the leather looks and feels cheap -- hard to tell if it's actually real leather. Doesn't smell like real leather. I'm giving them 2-stars because, again, they're not expensive, and because I do like how they look.
