Statement™ Under Over™ Lip Liner

Details & care

What it is: A lip pencil with a creamy, blendable formula to prime, define and post-line your lips.

What it does: The statement-making pencil glides onto lips, depositing vivid color and creating definition. It's formulated with ingredients known to help with transfer resistance, creating a base for your favorite lipstick or lip color. The pencil itself is made from wood that enables you to sharpen for more precise application, and the colors are versatile enough to be used with multiple shades of lip color or lipstick.

How to use: Apply under your lip color or lip gloss to prime lips and create a base for color to adhere to. Start by outlining the lips, then fill in if desired. Apply after your lip color or gloss to define the edges and give your lips a finished look. For best results, keep the tip sharpened. You can even put it in the freezer for 1–2 minutes before sharpening for even more precision when lining.
