Royston Casual Jacket

I received a delivery notification email, but the package was nowhere to be found. I searched the entire community for it immediately and have never had issues with package theft. When I contacted customer service, they claimed the delivery was made but repeatedly failed to provide any proof of delivery. They are simply ditching their responsibility and leaving me with no product and no refund. This is an unacceptable way to run a business and shows a complete lack of care for customers

I saw the jacket on a trip to Scotland, and could not find the Small there or later when visiting London. I returned home and ordered from Nordstrom. The jacket is a perfect for Spring or Fall and I was hoping it would be a good alternative to my Baracuta G9, which is now a bit to large on me. Having tried on a waxed version of the Royston in Small, I was hopeful that this would be a good fit. I received the jacket today and it is just much too large for me. The body of the jacket fit me like a Medium, the sleeves were much too long and very voluminous. It's unfortunate that Barbour does not make an Extra Small version of this jacket; although I get that there probably isn't a huge demand for that size.
