Worst purchase and customer service ever. Apparently when I purchased this coat online it was a “final sale” meaning it couldn’t be returned. I never knew that was even a thing. Well sadly buying online you never know how each manufacturer sizes will fit, and this jacket didn’t fit me at all. Tried to return and was told I was not able too. It wasn’t even a discontinued item it was just on sale when I purchased it. Now I’m stuck with a jacket that doesn’t fit and I’m out money. Worst experience and really turned me off from wanting to visit/purchase from Nordstrom Rack ever again. I’ll shop elsewhere where there’s no hidden agenda for products and they can be easily exchanged or returned. Customer service basically said “sorry, thats the policy of final sales”. Final sales should NEVER be a thing.
