Clearly worn many times
I was shocked at the condition of this coat when I received it. It has clearly been worn and returned. The arms were already pilling. The coat was rolled into a ball, no plastic over it, just jammed into a small shipping bag and sent. Wow, was not expecting that type of service from Nordstrom, even the Rack. As for the sizing this coat is huge. I wear a med to large so ordered a 10 and I was swimming in it. It fit like an XL. I am 5'5" and 160 lbs 36DD, 30 in. waist and 43 in. hips for reference,
