Horrible experience with buying these glasses, they came in a different brand sunglass case with scratches on the lenses & some sort of sauce on them. Will not buy from Nordstrom rack again. This is the second time i received a used item!

Very disappointing experience with Balmain glasses
The sunglasses retail for $790 according to your website, but it was on sale for $80. It was very, very disappointing when I received the sunglasses not in a case, but in the plastic Ziploc! No papers nothing it looked like it was secondhand or used. I should’ve listened to some of the reviews. One Lady had a very bad experience with similar complaints and I thought that can’t possibly be that bad. However, she was 100% right I don’t think I will be buying certain sunglasses from Nordstrom rack. I do love to buy at Nordstrom rack, but these sunglasses are very disappointing. I spoke with the manager because I was not about to keep those no matter how inexpensive they were.
