Very disappointed with this purchase. The sunglasses are beautiful, but heavy. They arrived without the original Balmain case or accessories, just in the plastic bag.
For a luxury item advertised with a case in the product images, this was not acceptable. After multiple follow-ups, Customer Care was unable to provide a resolution other than returning the item.
I returned the sunglasses.
