Did not receive, but NORDSTROM's will not refund
BEWARE: they shipped this item cheap and did not require a signature.
FEDEX took a picture of box in the middle of my large porch and FAILED to leave it
near the entry door out of sight from the street. FEDEX left it in plain view for any one
to steal. The package was delivered 3-5 earlier than I was told to expect. I was not home
when it was said to have been left on my porch on the New Years Eve weekend. REALLY?!
REALLY! They want me to pay for something they shipped without requiring a signature to
release it. I am being told that this item was too inexpensive to require a signature, but due
to their negligence that they also will not refund the item that I never received. Oh, and they
think filing a police report is going to help get the ring back--how ridiculous!
