delivery and holding of product
I ordered this item and it said it wouldn’t be delivered until early June. I am out of the country until then and just looked to find out my order was returned. I don’t know if it was delivered and exceeded the 10 day period, which doesn’t seem right, or what happened but I never got a notice it was delivered and now my size is gone and the price is higher anyway. Very disappointed in the customer service. I even had spoken to my local Rack and they seemed to think I would be fine given they hold it for 10 days. I’ve been gone since 5/15 and it wasn’t delivered yet so odd that it was already returned anyway. So bummed.
