Comfortable
These are cute and comfortable. I don’t think the heel is heavy. Heel weight seems reasonable for the extra ball design added. I don’t expect them to be light as foam flip flops. They work perfectly for me.

Runs big; heavy heel
I anxiously awaited the arrival of these shoes and wanted to love them, but the heel is slightly heavy--it's like picking up a ball bearing every time you take a step. Although I typically wear 9.5, I would need a 9 in these. I probably won't reorder because the band on the top of the foot digs in. The footbed is cushiony and they look gorgeous. But they aren't comfortable enough for me. Disappointing.
