sent wrong size necklace
They send me a .5c carat necklace after a month of waiting. I called customer service and they said this is a direct ship from the designer. Couldn’t do anything about it and said they will fix the listing. It’s still says 1.5c a month later

awful service
Ordered this at the very beginning of April. Was notified that it would arrive by May 13th, which was already ridiculous. Have been waiting for weeks now, went to check the order today and it says “cancelled”. Even called customer service a week ago or so to check on it and they told me everything was on track and it was just taking awhile because it was shipping from “far away”
