Wrong item
Awful customer service. I ordered this solid 100% cotton sweater and received a (ugly) striped sweater that was 50% polyester . I was not able to get my money back until I went out of my way and took time out my day to return the wrong item. Target, Walmart, Amazon, Dick’s, and more all would refund immediately for their mistake in a situation like this. There was zero help available in reordering and getting the correct sweater. I was told I would need to check the website myself, order, and pay shipping again.
