Cute summer/ spring dress!

runs on the larger size
I ordered this dress for my daughter in her normal size 4. She’s 5’2”, 119 pounds, & a 32DD. This dress looked huge on her. It was extremely long and wide. The fabric is also odd and feels like it’s water resistant. I ordered two dresses from this brand in a size 4 and the other fit she just didn’t like it.
