Surprisingly sturdy. The horizontal bar that sits inside the phone case is not a sticker. It just sit inside the case. You can move it from phone to phone. Took 1 start off b/c it will slightly misalign your phone case at the bottom & bump out your case very slightly due to thickness of that part that needed to go inside your phone case & phone. Good purchase; definitely will become handy for when traveling.

One of my fears about traveling to Europe was having my phone stolen. But that was put at ease when I bought this. Instead of me digging in my bag every time I wanted my phone, it was connected to me and placed in my pocket. If I dropped it, it didn’t fall far. Or if place it on the counter i couldn’t forget it because it was connected to me. So I wasn’t gonna lose it. And no one could grab it from me. Without grabbing me along with it. Lol. I have purchased at least four of these so far to give out to family and friends as they are about to travel. And they have said the same thing. They felt more ease traveling with their phone.
