Runs large at the waist
I really like the feeling of the skirt and how it flows. Looks just like the photos and it's a nice length for me, as I am short. I might take this one in to see if I can get it tailored. It fits right at my hips, but not my waist--as the skirt is fitted in the photos here.

For slimmer taller figures
When I tried on the skirt it was not flattering at all. Even though the waist fit, the skirt puffed out like a ball gown, not like how it is on the model. I would say this skirt is more for those who have a figure that is tall and slim. If you are petite with some weight like me, the skirt will be a disappointment.
