Klarissa Long Sleeve Chiffon Maxi Dress

I bought this dress 09/29 because it said it was available at the store for same day pickup! Need it by tonight 09/30! Well couple hours turned into 24 hours! Customer service can’t help, store can’t help and give me the same info I see online! Also neither the customer service or the store representative can’t or won’t cancel the order! I had problems with Nordstrom sending orders to wrong address before! But first time I order for store pickup and I am very disappointed ! Why do they sell an item they don’t have availability for same day pickup!
