Very narrow waisted.
I bought it along with a matching top.I expected nicer fabric and red not orangy dots with irregular borders.The skirt has nice lining which makes it heavy. This skirt it is very long and wide.Even I'm narrow in waist area- it is a little too narrow there but not in hips.I plan to shorten it.
