I needed a top to wear w jeans to a party! This arrived quickly. It is a fitted top w sparkle. Hard to figure out how to put it on at first. Good price, cute, and looks more special w the little twinkle. I suppose you could dress it up, but not what I’m going for. 5’10, 140 and M fitted well
