Received damaged dress
I received the dress with loose threads going down the back of the zipper. It seemed like someone tried it on and broke the zipper. The front of the dress had various nail marks dragged across the fabric damaging the dress. No quality control was used for this dress and thought it was acceptable to ship this out to a customer.
