Defective, avoid nordstrom rack
Nordstrom rack is selling bags that they know will fall apart. They use discounts to lure cutstomers in. Will absolutely never purchase anything again from them. This bag fell apart in 6 months and the way the handle is structured, it unfortunately can’t be missed. Nordstrom rack and Anne Klein should be avoided.
