Nolita Raffia Wedge Slide Sandal (Women)

This shoe/designer runs small. I should have heeded other review reports. I still gave 5 stars because for the portion of my foot that got into the shoe, it was super comfortable. The footbed felt lux. It’s also a very good-looking shoe. I was poised to wear it this summer with white jeans and sun dresses. But, I gotta return them because I wear an 11 and there’s no sizing up; I sure hate that.

These sandals are super cute and quite comfortable however my heel slides off the side which is sometimes a problem in this type of shoe. The only odd thing I'd note on the design of the shoe is that the sole is made of suede. Not really sure how practical that is. It feels very slippery on hard surfaces and I can't imagine what kind of condition the soles would be in if you walked on wet surfaces (I live in Seattle so rain or wet sidewalks are a possibility at any time of year). Had to return.
