2 sizes and both did not work
I purchased this skirt in both sizes 2 and 6, and ended up returning both. The quality is truly excellent—beautifully made and thoughtfully constructed. Unfortunately, the fit just didn’t work for me. I’m 5'3" with a 30" waist and 42" hips, and the skirt flared out so dramatically on both sides that it felt overwhelming on my frame. I almost kept the size 6, but the volume made me look like I was wearing a parachute. It’s such a lovely design in theory, and I wish the silhouette had been a bit more tailored. On me, it looked quite different from the photos—much wider and more exaggerated. Hoping future versions take proportions like this into account!
