Way Too Small!

This is a pretty top. However, I'm a size 4 and ordered a medium, because another review said it runs incredibly small. She wasn't kidding! I wish she had recommended what size to order, because then I would have ordered accordingly. My recommendation is: if you're a size small, order a large! This top is NOT true to size. Not even close!
