Willow Denim Jacket

Came across this jacket while browsing in-store. Although the description says true to size, it definitely runs large as it's cut to be an oversized fit. It's a very classic denim wash and with the longer cut, it feels a bit more trendy than the usual boxy cut of denim jackets. I'm looking forward to having this as a throw-and-go jacket in the spring and summer when needed.

I tried everything I could think of to try and make this jacket work because I loved all things about it, but I just couldn’t. In no at am I by any means tall, but coming from a petite person who loves to wear oversized clothing, especially jackets and shirts, this runs incredibly large and could have probably used at least 2 sizes down. I was so disappointed that I couldn’t keep it because I loved eevvverrything about this jacket. It isn’t stiff, the distressed/washed look was perfect, and it was so comfortable but I looked like I was wearing my 6’5” boyfriend’s jacket. ☹️

This is a very well made, high quality denim jacket. It is very stylish but truly quite oversized. My daughter and I can both wear it. We purchased a size M and I’m normally an XL. It is normal sized relaxed fit on me, and quite oversized on her. We are both taller than average at around 5’8. She likes the look, so we are keeping it but I would recommend sizing down one from your normal size for a normal oversized look or down 2 sizes if you are petite.
